I like the original best.
I like #1 but the red swirled background in #4. I like having the face stand out.
I'm digging #4.

Original is best all elements form an interesting and balanced design. You could change the font for a more futuristic tech look. Not the font on 1-4 though it is illegible. If it aint broke don't fix it.
#4 is close second but is basically the same look as original.
#1 looks like a make-up ad
#2 again, the mascara of the future?
